1. Do you offer customizations?
At this time, we are unable to offer custom or personalized belt orders.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States.
3. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat $6 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of size or destination within the United States.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days, which includes processing and transit time.
5. How do I fix a mistake on my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update or correct your shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@fluffylava.shop with your invoice number.
Wrong Address Disclaimer?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you provide the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible to request a correction. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to change the delivery address.
6. How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please email us at contact@fluffylava.shop to submit a cancellation request.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, unused, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.
- Final sale and custom/engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost. If it’s due to a customer’s mistake, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after you place your order. Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at contact@fluffylava.shop for assistance.
9. What should I do if I think my order is lost?
If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us with your order number. Our customer service team will open a lost package claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Please note that carrier investigations typically take up to 20 business days to complete.
